Free Shipping

Ceenr offers two types of free shipping methods: a “free shipping coupon” or, when you order over 39.99, the validation confirmation before applying any discount coupon.

Shipping Fee

– Payment under $39.99 will be charged at $3.99.
– Payments over $39.99 apply to free shipping. (United States, Germany ONLY)

1 . Shipping Area

– We only ship to locations within the United States, Germany, and some European Countries, including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and Spain).

2. Delivery Times

– Our goal is to ensure your order is processed quickly and efficiently.
– We will make your order shipping label within 12 hours from Illinois. (In very few cases, we can’t within 12 hours, but we promise to ship it within 2 business days.)
– Please allow 3-10 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control transportation, the arrival time will differ depending on the situation.

Track Your Order

– When your order is dispatched, we’ll email you your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
– If, for any reason, you don’t receive this, please email us at info@ceenr.com, and we will update you on the progress of your order.

Tips:
– Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time.”

– All packages have specific tracking information(UPS or USPS).
