CEENR's use of these names is descriptive — to indicate which tool brand a replacement battery or adapter is compatible with — under nominative fair use. CEENR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these tool manufacturers.

3. DMCA — copyright takedown notices

CEENR complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on ceenr.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material (URLs are best); your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

4. Counter-notification

If material you posted is removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to info@ceenr.com, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal court where you live.

5. Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with the DMCA, CEENR has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. Counterfeit reports

If you have purchased what you believe is a counterfeit CEENR or PDnation product from a third party, email info@ceenr.com with the URL and a photo. We work with platform trust-and-safety teams to remove counterfeit listings.
