It fits the same battery slot, needs no adapter or modification, and charges on the DeWalt charger you already own.

At 8.0Ah it delivers far longer runtime than the smaller packs most tools ship with — ideal for contractors, remodelers and serious DIYers who run drills, impact drivers, saws and grinders through a full workday.
